My favorite food is a dish called Mapo Tofu. It's a classic Chinese dish made with tofu, minced pork and spicy sauce. I first tried it when I was in college and it quickly became one of my favorite dishes. The spicy sauce gives the tofu a unique flavor that I can't get enough of. Whenever I eat this dish, it always brings back fond memories of my college days.
